Alicia is a free spirit, effervescent, honest and creative. Life for her has been an amazing journey living and teaching overseas in a remote Aboriginal community to spending more than a decade living and teaching Music in different countries worldwide. She loves connecting with people and connecting people to themselves. A teacher of Music, Yoga and Mindfulness, Alicia is constantly challenged to be present in the NOW. Positivity and being open-minded allow her to enjoy who she is and what she does wherever that may be.

Alicia’s avatar Pillar Code clients are people who struggle with addictions the word meaning dedicated or devoted to something. This could be a substance or an activity. Addictions affect everyone so her clients pool from various ages and professions. If you need to bring balance back Into your life by changing patterns of behaviour, then it will be her absolute honour to guide you through your Pillar Code journey.

Get to know Lyn

I am passionate about many things, but my main passion is guiding people to make a difference in their lives by becoming the best version of themselves, particularly our young people.

Since an early age, Lyn has always wanted to help others. In the mid-1970s she found her niche in Numerology and in the early 1990s became a professional Numerology Analyst and founder of Dimensional Healing Solutions.

In 2000 she designed and facilitated a two-day self-development women’s retreat (Vision from Within) and went on to facilitate her Intensive Chakra workshops for men and women. Then her ‘Star Kidz’ program was born – a 10-week program for 5-to-15-year olds helping children to build their self-esteem and self-worth.

Lyn believes that in this changing world, we need to implement a different strategy for how we conduct business and live our lives. Innovation requires more creativity and more willingness to take risks. We need to realise that a different mindset is needed to become more successful on all levels of our being.

As a Pillar Practitioner, Lyn assists her clients in overcoming any limiting beliefs and/or trauma caused by family patterns and programming, to transform their lives in an innovative way. Her JOY is when her clients witness the amazing results of their transformational journey.

Get to know Katelyn

Having worked in Dental for over 10 years, Katelyn found great joy in helping people to feel calm and relaxed in an environment with fear. Katelyn was recommended to The Pillar Code in late 2017 because she knew there was more to life! After completing the program herself, her words were “It changed my life”.

After spending 10 wonderful months on maternity leave in 2019, she knew there was more to her 10 years of skills in Dentistry, and started the journey of becoming a Pillar Practitioner and helping guide others to smile, find calmness, and find joy. Katelyn has found she has a real niche in guiding parents to find their true selves again.

Katelyn is one of our Master Pillar Practitioners and Practitioner Trainers and shows gratitude whilst delivering and teaching our life-changing programs.

Get to know Belle

Belle has 25+ years of corporate experience in admin and project and transformation management. She ran a small business for 5+ years, matching virtual assistants with small business owners. Belle also founded and led a charity for 6+ years that organised creative arts workshops for kids in Foster and Kinship care, supporting and elevating growth, confidence, and self-worth.

Her passion is dance. She started when she was five and hasn’t stopped. Recently Belle performed in community musical theatre productions 42nd Street, Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Mamma Mia.

Her healing journey started 10+ years ago. She benefited greatly from work and decided to train as a Pillar Code Practitioner, supporting others on their healing journey. I thrive on witnessing clients transform into the best versions of themselves. It’s been great delivering the magic of healing for others through The Pillar Code.

Kimberley Pricolo is proud to be one of the first to be trained as a Pillar Practitioner and is now a Master Practitioner and Trainer. As someone who has struggled with mental health throughout her life, she was amazed at the lasting results The Pillar Code can bring. So much so, that Kimberley didn’t hesitate to sign up for the initial Practitioner intake.

In addition to The Pillar Code, Kimberley has a Bachelor of Communication and has worked in various corporate roles including Hospitality Management and Aged Care. She has studied Reiki I & II and is a qualified Thetahealing (R) Instructor and Practitioner.

Kimberley discovered her life’s passion when she first felt the pure joy of facilitating healing in others. Helping them to gracefully and honestly find strength and confidence in their lives. Kimberley enjoys working with people suffering from physical and mental illnesses who are searching for guidance and techniques to bring them peace.

Having worked in education for over 30 years as a classroom teacher, school leader and finally principal, Felicity noted the increasing levels of stress and disconnect that students, teachers and school leaders were experiencing. She was one among them. Felicity was fortunate enough to find The Pillar Code and was able to work through the many challenges associated with work. This enabled her to remain strong, calm and healthy, successfully leading a school and its community through many changes, challenges and celebrations. After seven and half years in the role of principal, it was time for a change. Becoming a Pillar Practitioner has enabled Felicity to continue working in my area of passion, that is, supporting those in schools who most need help

“On one day I had two clients share with me incredible results that they have achieved so far on their Pillar Code journey. One client who completed The Pillar Code foundation last September is now alcohol-free saving lots of $$ due to this, transitioned into a new job which she manifested, has self-awareness around her feelings and that of her daughters too had an issue with connecting with friends and now organises catchups, and started going to Pilates classes a few times a week (another manifestation) etc and so many more to report.

Shikha Colwill is excited to see the changes in her clients. As a proud Pillar Practitioner, she is grateful to be part of this community of change-makers. Before transitioning as a Pillar Practitioner, Shikha spent over 10 years running her own business as a marketing consultant. She is also a mentor and trainer for new business owners. Shikha believes strongly in personal development and is always improving her skills in that area specifically in The Pillar Code, The Corporate Code and has obtained a CERT 1 in The Life Code. She has also undertaken many courses to heighten her spiritual and intuitive skills.

For over 40 years, Helen has been passionate about well-being. She grew up working in her family’s retail businesses from a young age and enjoyed connecting with people of all ages. Although she only recently began pursuing her passion for well-being formally.

Throughout her life, Helen has believed that people can heal from within. She has experienced and witnessed many of life’s challenges, including growing up in a strict Catholic home as the eldest of six children and raising five sons and one daughter.

During Helen’s career, both professionally and as a volunteer, she has supported and mentored staff, associates, and clients dealing with a wide range of personal and work-related issues that affected their well-being. These included substance abuse, addictive behaviours, sexual abuse, suicide, fraudulent business dealings, financial loss, gender identification, betrayal, divorce, and career transition.

Get to know Jo

Jo grew up on a dairy/potato farm in the NSW Southern Highlands until she moved to Canberra ACT to complete a BSs (Zoology) and a Grand Dip Comp. Studies. Jo lives near Bega on the far south coast of NSW with her husband, three horses, and three dogs. Throughout Jo’s career, she has worked in several sectors, including the Public Sector (Commonwealth and State), Health Sector (public and private), and Science (University and Private company).

In May 2015, Jo started her journey of healing with The Pillar Code, and she loved every moment of it.

Her focus is:

to bring animals and her people back to being the Pillar of Strength in themselves and their partnerships;
to help animals and her people wake up and get back to being calm and in control and confident; and
giving animals and her people the clarity to really have the partnership they chose.

She invited everyone to discover the truth about her partnership with her animal and learn how to lift both of them to the next level. Jo’s journey together is meant to be filled with love, laughter, and learning.

Ezra firmly believes that experience is the best teacher in life and despite encountering challenges along the way, she maintained her patience and eventually found the right opportunity following graduating from South Mansfield College with Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2022.

Ezra excelled in her chosen field and served as the IT President and represented IT in the Student Council. Working at a young age helped her make sound decisions in her organisation and professionally present herself and the rest of the IT community in her school.

Zel has always been a believer that happiness comes from within – not from money or material things. She believes that you experience real happiness when you have peace within you and appreciate the positive things in life.

Zel has been in the corporate industry for seven years working as an accountant and an analyst. She has met different people, travelled to many places, and experienced wonderful things that helped her grow to where she is now.
