My Journey

– I am always interested in doing creative stuff even when I was a student. And being in the corporate world, I was not given a lot of opportunities to pursue those stuff yet I learned a lot of things that really shaped me to be the person that I am now.

After a successful career in the corporate world with senior roles including heading the Government and Defence Portfolio of a top 50 ASX company, senior Australian Manager of a German Defence organisation, sitting on various Boards and voluntary roles, including six years on the Board of Lifeline Canberra, PJ made the dramatic sea change back to her original passion – the art of healing and personal and professional development.

Knowing that everyone deserves the chance to heal and experience the most out of life, PJ is now following her own journey by helping and training others as the Founder and CEO of The Pillar Code.

As a business mentor, Holistic Therapist and Universal Channel, PJ has developed, delivered & teaches a complete healing system that has been named – The Pillar Code for individuals and The Corporate Code for organisations, recognised in 39 countries as a modality through IICT.

PJ’s book ‘It’s About Time by GEORGE’ and two co-authored books ‘Fast Forward to Success’ and ‘Navigating the Clickety Clack Vol 4’, are all Amazon #1 Best Sellers.

Get to know Katelyn

With over 10 years of experience in dentistry, Katelyn found immense joy in helping people feel calm and relaxed in an environment often associated with fear. In late 2017, she was introduced to The Pillar Code, knowing there had to be more to life. After completing the program herself, she said, “It changed my life.”

After spending 10 wonderful months on maternity leave in 2019, Katelyn realised she wanted to build on her decade of dental experience by helping people in a deeper, more meaningful way. This inspired her journey to become a Pillar Practitioner, guiding others to rediscover their smiles, find calmness, and embrace joy.

Katelyn has a true passion for supporting parents and children to reconnect, grow, and thrive. She has created a unique niche for guiding families, helping parents rediscover their true selves, and assisting kids to navigate their emotions and challenge

Now a Master Pillar Practitioner and Practitioner Trainer, Katelyn is deeply grateful to deliver and teach these life-changing programs. She supports her clients and fellow practitioners in finding happiness, building confidence, and rising above life’s challenges.

Get to know Kimberley

Kimberley Pricolo is proud to be one of the first to be trained as a Pillar Practitioner and is now a Master Practitioner and Trainer. As someone who has struggled with mental health throughout her life, she was amazed at the lasting results The Pillar Code can bring. So much so, that Kimberley didn’t hesitate to sign up for the initial Practitioner intake.

In addition to The Pillar Code, Kimberley has a Bachelor of Communication and has worked in various corporate roles including Hospitality Management and Aged Care. She has studied Reiki I & II and is a qualified Thetahealing (R) Instructor and Practitioner.

Kimberley discovered her life’s passion when she first felt the pure joy of facilitating healing in others. Helping them to gracefully and honestly find strength and confidence in their lives. Kimberley enjoys working with people suffering from physical and mental illnesses who are searching for guidance and techniques to bring them peace.

Zel has always been a believer that happiness comes from within – not from money or material things. She believes that you experience real happiness when you have peace within you and appreciate the positive things in life.

Zel has been in the corporate industry for seven years working as an accountant and an analyst. She has met different people, travelled to many places, and experienced wonderful things that helped her grow to where she is now.

Today, she could not be happier to have been a part of a positive and supportive family – The Pillar Code. She is grateful to have found a family that nurtures peace and happiness by creating positive change in the world.

Gladys believes growth begins with continuous learning and sharing knowledge. With a background as both an educator and operations professional, she has dedicated her career to building systems that create order, efficiency, and empowerment.

Before joining The Pillar Code in July 2025, she taught mathematics at the college level, led teacher performance surveys, and served as a resource speaker in academic and community events. Her path later expanded into virtual executive assistance and operations, where she supported U.S.-based clients in various industries.

Outside of work, Gladys expresses her creativity through dance—a passion that brings her joy, balance, and a way to connect with her community.

Today, Gladys is proud to serve as part of The Pillar Code where she finds joy in contributing to a supportive environment that fosters peace, growth, and transformation.
