After a successful career in the corporate world with senior roles including heading the Government and Defence Portfolio of a top 50 ASX company, senior Australian Manager of a German Defence organisation, sitting on various Boards and voluntary roles, including six years on the Board of Lifeline Canberra, PJ made the dramatic sea change back to her original passion – the art of healing and personal and professional development.
Knowing that everyone deserves the chance to heal and experience the most out of life, PJ is now following her own journey by helping and training others as the Founder and CEO of The Pillar Code.
As a business mentor, Holistic Therapist and Universal Channel, PJ has developed, delivered & teaches a complete healing system that has been named – The Pillar Code for individuals and The Corporate Code for organisations, recognised in 39 countries as a modality through IICT.
PJ’s book “It’s About Time by GEORGE” and a book she co-authored “Fast Forward to Success” are AMAZON #1 best sellers.

-The program opened my eyes to what my true passion in life is, to see the whole world smile and help bring joy back to those who choose.
-After spending 10 wonderful months on maternity leave with my first child in 2019, I knew there was more to my 10 years of skills in Dentistry of bringing calmness to those around me, and decided in 2020 to start the journey of becoming a Pillar Practitioner myself! Now i’m a mum of 2 beautiful girls and a qualified Pillar Practitioner, I feel so blessed to watch and be the guide in transforming lives for those who choose!

– Kimberley Pricolo is proud to be one of the first Pillar Code practitioners. As someone who has struggled with mental health throughout her life, she was totally amazed at the lasting results the Pillar Code can bring. So much so, that she didn’t hesitate to sign up for the initial practitioner intake.
– In addition to the Pillar Code, Kimberley has a Bachelor of Communication, has worked in various corporate roles including Hospitality Management and Aged Care. She has studied Reiki I & II and is a qualified Thetahealing ( R) Instructor and Practitioner.
– Kimberley discovered her life’s passion when she first felt the pure joy of facilitating healing in others. Helping them to gracefully and honestly find strength and confidence in their lives. – I’ve always been a believer that happiness comes from within—not from money nor from material things. You experience real happiness when you have peace within you and appreciate the positive things in life.
– I’ve been in the corporate industry for 7 years working as an accountant and an analyst. I’ve met different people, traveled many places and experienced wonderful things that helped me grow to where I am now. Today, I couldn’t be happier to have been part of a positive and supportive family—The Pillar Practice. – I am always interested in doing creative stuff even when I was a student. And being in the corporate world, I was not given a lot of opportunities to pursue those stuff yet I learned a lot of things that really shaped me to be the person that I am now.
